Heard Mr. Shambhunath Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 7 and Mr. Manish Singh, Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for opposite party no.8.

The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:-

"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents to extend the benefit of pay fixation and AGP 9000 under the AICTE Regulations, 2019, to the petitioners (Lecturers appointed prior to 03.05.2018), equally with the benefit already conferred upon Principals and Heads of Departments vide order dated 28.05.2022, whereby they were granted Grade Pay of Rs. 9000 by granting relaxation in respect of experience and qualifications within stipulated time as frame by this Hon'ble Court."

However it is evident that since the individual persons have not approached this Court and the petition has been filed only to the Association concerned, liberty is granted to individual members of the Association to ventilate their grievance by filing their fresh individual representations before the authority concerned. In case any such individual representation is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of .
