Present petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest inter alia seeking direction to the respondents to identify suitable premises for shifting the Tribunal constituted under the U.P. Recovery of Damages to Public and Private Property Act, 2020.

Instructions were called, wherein it has been specifically indicated by the District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate (City) and Officer Incharge (Nazarat), Prayagraj indicating that no suitable premises is available despite search being made in this regard.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for time to obtain instructions pertaining to any available space wherein the said Tribunal can be shifted.
