The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceeding of case No. 741 of 2017, u/s 494, 120B IPC and case no. 184 of 2016 under section 498A, 323 506 IPC and3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Tappal, District Aligarh, pending in the Court of ACJM, Aligarh to the court of District and Sessions Judge, Meerut.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is wife of the opposite party no. 2 and she filed instant transfer application with a prayer to transfer the trial of the case from District Aligarh to District Meerut but applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and therefore, the instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through video conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through video conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant who is wife of the opposite party no. 2 with a prayer to transfer the case from District Aligarh to District Meerut but now she is ready to pursue the matter through video conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue through video conferencing then her application shall be considered and she will be permitted to pursue the matter through video conferencing.
