The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the S.S.T. No. 47 of 1999 arising out of Case Crime No.492 of 1997, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Kotwali Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad from the court of Special Judge (Gangster Act)/Additional District Judge, Court No.5, Farrukhabad to competent jurisdiction at District Kannauj or Mainpuri.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant submits, trial of the case is at advance stage and dates are being fixed for final argument, therefore, instant transfer application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed as infructuous.
