The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by Sessions Judge, Hathras in Criminal Transfer Application No. 281 of 2024 and transfer the Sessions Trial No. 129 of 2022 (State Vs. Ashpaq and others), under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Hathras, District Hathras to any other Fast Track Court.

After some argument, learned counsel for applicant submits, the instant transfer application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach at appropriate forum.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
