Sri Alok Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the complaint case no. 3545 of 2015, u/s 406 IPC, P.S. Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad to competent criminal court at district Meerut.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is complainant of the case and she filed instant transfer application with a prayer to transfer the trial of the case relating to offence under section 406 IPC from District Ghaziabad to District Meerut but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and therefore, the instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through video conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through video conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant who is complainant of the case with a prayer to transfer the case from District Ghaziabad to District Meerut but now he is ready to pursue the matter through video conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue through video conferencing then her application shall be considered and he will be permitted to pursue the matter through video conferencing.
