Heard Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA for the State.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the Case No.23792 of 2024 (Kanhaiya Lal Tiwari Vs. Nishtha Sharma and others, under Sections 115(2), 316, 352 and 351(2) BNS pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Agra to the court concerned at Gautam Budh Nagar.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is the daughter-in-law of opposite party no.2 and she filed the instant transfer application with the prayer to transfer the trial of the aforesaid case from court of District Agra to the court of District Gautam Budh Nagar where she resides but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and, therefore, instant transfer application may be disposed of with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.

Learned A.G.A. is having no objection.

In view of the contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant, instant transfer application stands disposed of with the direction that that
