The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to transfer the Case No. 4787 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 0019 of 2021, under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC, Police Staton Hapur Nagar, District Hapur pending in the court of C.J.M., Hapur to District Court Gautam Budh Nagar ot to the court having same jurisdiction to any other districts.

The instant transfer application is pending since May, 2024 i.e. for last more than a year and today none is present to press the instant transfer application.

In view of above, the instant transfer application stands dismissed for non prosecution.

However, it is open for the applicants to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and if applicants filed any application to appear through Video Conferencing then concerned authorities shall permit them to appear through Video Conferencing.
