Sri Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 25718 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 452 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi pending in the court of Additional District Judge, 1st Jhansi to District Court Orai at Jalaun.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is wife of opposite party no.2 and she filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Jhansi to District Orai at Jalaun but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.

Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection.
