Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicants and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to transfer the Criminal Case No. 480 of 2008, arising out of Case Crime No. 10 of 2007, under Sections 325, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Jaitpur, District Agra pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate Fatehabad, Agra to other district court of the competent jurisdiction.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submits, applicants are accused and they filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Agra to any other district but applicants are ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicants filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then their application shall be entertained and they will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicants, who are accused to transfer the proceedings of the case from District Agra to any other district but now they are ready to appear through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicants filed an application to appear through Video Conferencing then their application shall be considered and they will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.
