Learned counsel for the applicant Dr. Pooja Singh as well as learned counsel for the opposite party No.2- Shri Atul Verma stated that both the parties are ready to settle the dispute amicable through mediation, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

Accordingly, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

Both the parties (applicant-Anju Singh and opposite party No.2-Saurabh Singh) shall appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this court on 08.12.2025.

List this case on 09.02.2026 along with the report of the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.

On the next date fixed before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court, the opposite party No.2-Saurabh Singh shall provide a draft of Rs.25,000/- in the name of applicant - Anju Singh.
