Through Secretary Home At Lucknow And Another, decided October 13, 2025. The applicant had sought transfer of the criminal revision under Section 397/399 Cr.P.C. No. 150 of 2023 (Susil Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and others), P.S. Mugra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur, pending before the Sessions Judge, Jaunpur, to District Prayagraj. Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned Brief Holder for the State are present.

The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the criminal revision under Section 397/399 Cr.P.C. No. 150 of 2023 (Susil Kumar Yadav Vs. State of U.P. and others), Police Station Mugra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Jaunpur to District Prayagraj.

At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is wife of opposite party no.2 and she filed instant transfer application to transfer the revision from District Jaunpur to District Prayagraj but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then her application shall be entertained and she will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing.

Learned AGA is having no objection.
