1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State of U.P.

1. By means of this application filed under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant has prayed for the transfer of the matrimonial Case No. 680 of 2025 (Virendra Gautam Vs. Smt. Monika Nandan) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending in the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Unnao to the Court of equivalent jurisdiction at Allahabad (now Prayagraj).

1. The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was married to the opposite party No. 2 on 23/11/2019 and on account of disputes between the parties, the applicant has been forced to live at Prayagraj and at present, she is residing with her brother at Prayagraj. Several cases arising out of the materimonial dispute are pending in the Courts at Prayagraj. The applicant is a working lady presently employed as a Primary Teacher at Prayagraj. It is further submitted on behalf of the applicant that the opposite party No. 2 has filed the aforesaid Case No. 680 of 2025 (Virendra Gautam Vs. Smt. Monika Nandan) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Family Court at Unnao, just to harass the applicant.
