2 . Present application under Section 24 of C.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant for transfer of Civil Misc. Suit No.16 of 2024 (Keerti vs. Prashant) under section 9 sub-section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act from the Court of Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Barabanki to the equivalent Court at District Gonda.

3 . Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed . The aforesaid case pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Barabanki is transferred to the equivalent Court at District Gonda.
