Heard Sri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant-YEIDA and Sri Avinash Singh Vishen, learned counsel for the respondent.

By means of the present appeal, the appellant has assailed the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal at Lucknow in a bunch of Appeals led by the Appeal No. 71 of 2024 (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Vs. Arun Goel) and also the order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gautambuddha Nagar.

It has been informed at the bar that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already commenced the hearing in a bunch of appeals, substantially dealing with the dispute involved in the present appeal, and has reserved the judgment and order on 04.09.2025.

Judicial propriety demands to wait for the pronouncement of the judgment and order to be passed in the aforesaid appeals.
