Present Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant - Anuj Singh Gangwal in Complaint Case No. 16833/9 of 2021, under Section 406 I.P.C., Police Station - Nai Mandi, DistrictMuzaffarnagar.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to implead the name of the informant as opposite party no.2 in the array of the parties during course of the day.
