Shri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA at the very outset points out that the criminal antecedents of the applicant have not been explained in the entirety. He point out that one case being Case Crime No.887 of 2021, under Sections 380, 411/ 414 and 457 IPC has not been explained.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks adjournment to file an affidavit explaining the criminal antecedents of the applicant. He prays for and is allowed time up to 17^th November, 2025 to do the needful.
