There are three different orders of three different Benches of this Court. The anticipatory bail application of Nafisha has been allowed by Hob'ble Nalin Kumar Srivastava, J. vide order dated 13.7.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No.7345 of 2023 and that of co-accused Imran has been allowed by Hob'ble Shekhar Kumar Yadav, J. vide order dated 17.7.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No.7369 of 2023.

The third co-accused Mohd. Arif was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 20.7.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/s 438 Cr.P.C. No.7350 of 2023. The said order was passed on the ground of parity and the accused was granted anticipatory bail till conclusion of investigation and filing of police report U/s 173(2) Cr.P.C.

Put up, if possible, on 15.12.2025 in the daily cause list before the appropriate Bench after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble The Chief Justice.

The case shall not be treated as tied up or part heard to this Bench.
