On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defects in the pleadings, he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application, therefore, the applicant may be allowed to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail application with better particulars.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer of learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the above, the instant criminal misc. anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents to the counsel for the applicant within two days' after retaining the xerox copy of the same.
