ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT (Vivek Varma, J.), November 10, 2025 — Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482 BNSS No. - 7530 of 2025. Dr. Pradeep Kumar sought anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2024, under Sections 420, 186, 504 I.P.C. and 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, Police Station Kasganj, District Kasganj. Supplementary affidavit was taken on record; thereafter, after arguing the matter at some length, Sri Nirbhay Singh, counsel for the applicant, prayed for withdrawal of the application with liberty to seek regular bail before the competent jurisdiction. The Court disposed of the application as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the concerned court and file a regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of the decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
