It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant was granted interim bail till today.

On the other hand, learned AGA submits that applicant is not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court while granting interim anticipatory bail and he is also not appearing on the dates fixed before the trial court. He further submits that criminal history of the applicant has also not been explained completely.
