i) आववेदकगर अगभयगोजन पक्षि कवे समाक्ष्ययों कवे समार छवेड़िछमाड़ि नहहीं करमगवे।

ii) आववेदकगर अगभयगोजन पक्षि कवे गवमाहयों कगो धमकमाएवगवे यमा परवेशमान नहहीं करमगवे।

iii) आववेदकगर, यगद आवश्यक हगोगमा रगो पमुजलस अजधकमारन कवे समक्षि जमॉच हवेरमु अपवेगक्षिर प्रत्यवेक गरजर एवव गनयर समय पर उपणसरर रहमगवे ररमा अनमावश्यक सरगन नहहीं लमगवे।
