- This application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No.393 of 2019, under Sections 452, 323, 324, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Kiratpur, District Bijnor.
- Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. In the alleged incident the injuries sustained by the complainant were simple in nature. The said injuries were on non vital part of the body. Further, the maximum sentence provided for the alleged offences is up to seven years. The applicant has been summoned by the concerned court. It is next contended that identically placed co-accused Gajaypal Singh and Gaurav have been granted anticipatory bail till the next date of hearing, by this Court vide order dated 25.6.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application No.5608 of 2024 (Gajaypal and and other vs. State of U.P. and another). The applicant claims parity. The applicant has no criminal antecedents. The applicant has apprehension of his arrest in the above mentioned case.
