Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

The present application has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.251 of 2024, under Sections 376, 201, 34 of IPC, Police Station Khargupur, District Gonda.

It is argued that the benefit of ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted on 07.01.2025 and now the charge-sheet has been filed on 22.02.2025.

In the counter affidavit also, there is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the benefit of ad-interim anticipatory bail. It is stated that the cognizance has also been taken also.
