Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Shubham Tandon, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is informant in Case No.4312/2023 (State Versus Gaurav and others), arising out of case crime no.06/2023, Under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jarcha, District-Gautam Budh Nagar, which is pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gautam Budh Nagar, District-Gautam Budh Nagar,

It is stated that no substantial progress has been made till date in the said case and the case is being adjourned for one reason or another. The opposite parties are adopting delaying tactics in lingering the proceeding of the case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to expedite the proceeding and make all endeavour to decide the
