Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Principal Judge Family Court Pilibhit to expedite the Interim Maintenance Case No.591 of 2023 (Smt. Shivangi Pandey Versus Keshav Dixit), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., at Police Station Sunagarhi, District Pilibhit pending in the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Pilibhit. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the case is pending since 2023 and it could not be disposed of due to lingering tactic adopted by respondent who is deliberately avoiding the cross examination of PW-2 since 21.8.2025.

Sri Subham Tandon, State Law Officer has also stated that the case is pending for cross examination of PW-2.

From the submission raised by learned counsel it is apparent that the case is at advance stage, therefore, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and will make all endevours to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
