Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.K. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is complainant in Criminal Case No. 1239 of 2023 (State Vs Sachin Verma & 6 Others), U/S 498-A, 323 I.P.C. & 3/4 of D.P. Act, arising out of Case Crime No. 0169 of 2022, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Aligarh, pending in Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/Fast Track Court, Court No. 1, District Aligarh and no progress till now has been made in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
