Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is informant in Case No. 3934/2023, (State Vs Muzim Khan and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0084/2021, under Section 498-A, 323, 506 Ι.Ρ.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act. Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Bareilly. The said case is pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly. It is stated that no substantial progress has been made till date in the said case. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.

With the aforesaid directions/observations, the application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of .
