Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application under Section 529 B.N.S.S, has been filed for directing to learned Civil Judge (SD)/FTC, Baghpat to decide and conclude the proceedings of the case no. 1851 of 2019, Case Crime No. 641 of 2018 ( State Vs. Anuj Kumar and another), under Sections 452, 354(kha), 323 I.P.C., Police Station Doghat, District- Baghpat within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2018 and same may be decided within the stipulated time.

The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the applicant.

No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder.
