Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The instant application under Section 529 BNSS, has been filed for directing to learned trial court to decide Criminal Case No.1068 of 2022 (State Vs. Mustaque Ahmad and Another), arising out of Case Crime No.67 of 2018, under Sections 323, 504, 506 & 452 IPC, Police Station-Newadhiya, District- Jaunpur within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

It has been stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2018 and same may be decided within the stipulated time.

The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the applicant.

No useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder.
