Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a informant in Case No. 1094 of 2020 (State Vs. Kuldeep and others) arising out of case crime no. 80 of 2019, under Section 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station- Jarcha, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. No substantial progress has been made till date in the said case. Learned Counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned trial court to expedite the proceedings of the said case as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the concerned trial court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment.

The application under Section 529 B.N.S.S. is disposed of accordingly.
