By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Civil Judge (JD)/FTC/Crime against women, Etah to decide the Complaint Case No. 415 of 2024, (Smt. Lalita Yadav Versus Yadvendra Yadav @ Karu and others), in application under section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District- Etah within a short stipulated period.
