Heard Mr. Dharmendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Court No. 21, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 377/2022 (State Vs. Ashish Kesarwani and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 52/2019, under Sections 498A, 452, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Colonelganj, DistrictPrayagraj, pending before him, within a short stipulated period.

Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
