Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Preetam Lal Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record.

This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned trial court to decide Complaint Case No. 336 of of 2024 (Inshad Vs. Sameem) under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., expeditiously, which is pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Bulandshahar.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforesaid complaint case came into existence on 3.5.2024. Statements of complainant under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and that of witnesses under Section 202 Cr.P.C. were recorded on 15.10.2024. Thereafter, no order on the said complaint case either under Section 203 or Section 204 Cr.P.C. has been passed by the trial court till date.

Learned State Law Officer appearing for the State has conceded to the aforesaid facts narrated by the learned counsel for the applicant.
