Heard Shri Rajjan Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Jai Bahadur Singh, learned AGA who appears for State-opposite party no. 1.

In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the opposite party Nos. 2 to 8.

The applicant herein has filed the present application u/s 528 BNSS to allow this application and expedite the proceedings within stipulated period in Case No. 1077 of 2019 (Shahin Jahan Vs Shakeel Ahmed & others) Under Section 12 of Domestice Voilence Act 2005 Police Station Jhunsi District Allahabad pending before in the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Room No.-5, Allahabad.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per the provisions contained under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the proceedings are to be decided within time bound manner as to submit therein.

Learned AGA has no objection to the same.

Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application is being disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings with most expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournments and, in case, adjournment is being granted for any eventuality then the same should be on the genuine reasons and not more than ten days at a stretch.
