1. Heard Ms. Neha Khan, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Sri Vikas Sharma, learned State Law Officer for the State.

1. This application u/s 528 of BNSS has been preferred for quashing the entire proceeding of Complaint No. 125 of 2023 (Pushpa Prajapati @ Bachchi Devi Vs. Shivbhole @ Rajkumar and others) Under Section 498-A, 323 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Kaushambi, District Kaushambi, as well as impugned summoning order dated 18.12.2023 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaushambi.

The contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicant No. 1 is the husband, applicant no. 2 is the father-inlaw, applicant no. 3 is the mother-in-law, applicant no. 4 is Married Nanad and applicant no. 5 is Nandoi of the opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the applicants have obtained bail. She, as per the instructions, submits that the applicants shall be moving appropriate application for discharge.
