Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

The present 528 of B.N.S.S. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings in Case No.23883 of 2022, arising out of Case Crime No.202 of 2015, under Sections 452, 323, 325, 506 IPC, Police Station Rohta, District Meerut, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.03, Meerut.

In compliance of order dated 08.05.2025, learned counsel for the applicants has filed supplementary affidavit annexing certified copy of the compromise deed, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the opposite party no.2, the informant and opposite party no.3, the injured and one more injured person namely Bittu (is not a party) have received injuries, which are grievous in nature but they have compromised the matter. Compromise deed dated 09.06.2025 is filed as Annexure 1 to the supplementary affidavit. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the applicants and opposite party nos.2 and 3 have compromised the matter, proceeding pending against the applicant be quashed on account of compromise.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party nos.2 and 3 does not dispute the correctness of the facts.

Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below alongwith a certified copy of this order and photocopy of the compromise deed for verification of the parties within a period of four weeks. The trial court is directed to verify the parties and thereafter, the court shall transmit the verification report to this Court within a period of two weeks.

List after six weeks.

Interim order, granted earlier, shall remain in operation till the next date of listing.
