1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the gang chart was prepared against five persons including the applicant and proceedings against other co-accused namely Salim, Anwar Hussain, Talib Khan and Pradeep Kumar, have been quashed by this Court vide orders dated 13.8.2025, 13.8.2025 and 23.7.2025 in Application U/S 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 28298 of 2025, Application U/S 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 28420 of 2025 and Application U/S 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 21071 of 2025, respectively. It is further submitted that the case of the applicant is at par with the case of co-accused against whom proceedings have been quashed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that the proceedings against the applicant may also be quashed on the ground of parity.
