Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471,120B, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 04.11.2025. A photostat copy of the said compromise is on record.
Learned counsel for the applicants prays for and is granted two weeks' time time to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the original/certified copy of the compromise.
Put up this case on 25.03.2026 as a fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 3394 of 2019, arising out of Case Crime No. 191 of 2019, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471,120B, 506 of I.P.C., P.S. Dhampur District Bijnor, pending in the court of C.J.M., Bijnor, shall remain stayed against the applicants.
