Allahabad High Court (Sanjay Kumar Pachori, J.), Application U/S 528 BNSS No. 42709 of 2025 — Shahjad and another v. State of U.P. and another (15.12.2025): Learned counsel reported that the parties had settled their dispute under Sections 323, 326-B, 504, 506 IPC (Case Crime No. 784 of 2013, Police Station Phase-2, NOIDA, District Gautam Buddha Nagar) by compromise dated 20.05.2025 (certified copy annexed as Annexure No. 6), and that there was no medical examination report to constitute the offence under Section 326-B IPC. The Court directed that the proceedings of Case No. 4051 of 2013, pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2/Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), shall remain stayed against the applicants till the next date of listing, and put up the case fresh on 25.03.2026. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 323, 326-B, 504, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 20.05.2025. It is further submitted that there is no medical examination report to constitute the offence under Section 326-B of I.P.C. A certified copy of the said compromise is on record which is annexed as Annexure No. 6 of the affidavit.

Put up this case as fresh on 25.03.2026.

Till the next date of listing proceedings of Case No. 4051 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No. 784 of 2013, under Sections 323, 326-B, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Phase-2, NOIDA, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2/ Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), shall remain stayed against the applicants.
