Allahabad High Court (Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Pachori, J.), November 10, 2025 — Application U/S 528 BNSS No. 43675 of 2025, Mangal & Anr. v. State of U.P. & Anr.: Learned counsel for both parties jointly submitted that the parties had settled their dispute arising out of an offence punishable under Section 354 of I.P.C. by compromise dated 08.07.2025, the certified copy whereof was annexed as Annexure No. 5 of the affidavit. The Court (i) directed both parties to appear before the court concerned within six weeks for verification of the compromise and directed that court to verify it; (ii) directed the applicants to file a supplementary affidavit annexing the certified compromise and its verification proceedings; (iii) ordered that proceedings of Case No. 6904467 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 263 of 2016, under Section 354 of I.P.C., Police Station Jagner, District Agra, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Agra, shall remain stayed against the applicants till the next date of listing; and (iv) listed the matter afresh for 23.01.2026.
