1. Heard Sri Gopal Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that two cases were shown against them in gang chart and at the time of approval of gang chart mandatory provisions under Section 5(3)(A) & Section 16 and 7 of the U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Rule, 2021 and other Rules have not been followed. It is further submitted that proceedings against the identically situated co-accused have been stayed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 1.8.2025 passed in Application 528 of B.N.S.S. No. 25310 of 2025, therefore, the proceedings against the applicants are liable to be quashed.
