Allahabad High Court (Sanjay Kumar Pachori, J.), Application U/S 528 BNSS No. 40857 of 2025, Vijesh Vohra and Anr. v. State of U.P. and Anr., order dated November 10, 2025. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the parties had settled their dispute arising out of the offence punishable under Sections 452, 354-B, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the basis of a compromise dated 20.08.2025, the certified copy of which was on record (Annexure No. 3). Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 452, 354,-B, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 20.08.2025. A certified copy of the said compromise is on record which is annexed as Annexure No. 3 of the affidavit.

Both the parties are directed to appear before the court concerned within six weeks from today for verification and the court concerned is directed to verify the same.
