Sri Jai Kishan, learned counsel for the applicant appears and submits that accused applicant has moved an application for discharge on 11.07.2022, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by the trial court on 24.03.2025. The applicant has moved an application to recall the order dated 24.03.2025 which was finally rejected on 13.08.2025 and the charge against the accused has been framed on 21.08.2025. The accused applicants have preferred the present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S..
