Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that parties settled their dispute arising out of offence punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 504 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 24.03.2025. A certified copy of the compromise is Annexure-5 to the affidavit.
Put up this case on 19.12.2025 as a fresh.
Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case No. 1726 of 2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 556 of 2015, under Sections 323, 324, 504 of IPC, P.S. Swar, District Rampur, pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Rampur shall remain stayed against the applicants.
