Sri C.P. Pandey, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in this case by the opposite party no.2. The order under challenge is dated 25.08.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (D.A.A.), 3rd/ Additional and Sessions Judge Court, Farrukhabad, whereby the application of the accusedapplicant moved under Section 173 (8) of Cr.P.C. for further investigation has been rejected. Hence, seeks interference of this Court.

On query that how the accused is having a right to move an application for further investigation of the case after submission of charge sheet, the learned counsel has prayed to not press the application.
