Shri Gyan Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rahul Pandey, learned brief holder for the State are present.

The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of Execution Case No. 1995 of 2023, arising out of an application under Section 125(3), Cr.P.C. as well as order dated 6.3.2025 passed by Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No. 2, Kanpur Nagar, whereby recovery certificate has been issued against the applicant to the District Magistrate, Faridabad to recovery the arrears of maintenance.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

The instant application is dismissed as not pressed accordingly.

Office shall return the certified copy of the order to the learned counsel for the applicant, after retaining a xerox of the same.
