This application has been filed by applicant for quashing the entire proceedings of entire proceeding of Case No. 107339/2025 (State VS. Lakhan G Gupta & others) Case Crime No. 30/2025 U/S 85, 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. & 3/4 D.P. Act. P.S. Chakeri, District: Kanpur Nagar pending before the court of C.J.M. Kanpur Nagar, as well as Summoning Order dated 04.07.2025 and Charge Sheet No. 162/2025 dated 03.04.2025 in the interest of Justice.

After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant states that he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file bail application before the court below.

Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

Under the circumstances, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to approach the court concerned for bail. In order to enable the applicant to
