- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in relation to transaction of sale as alleged, no amount was received by the applicants and although allegation has been levelled that Rs.20,00,000/- (rupees twenty lacs) were transferred by opposite party No. 2 through RTGS mode, the Investigating Officer did not collect any such details and, therefore, entire allegations are base-less.
- Further submission is that the dispute is purely of civil nature and registered agreement for sale was never executed.
- Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted two weeks' t ime to obtain instructions in the matter, particularly with regard to allegation of amount received through RTGS mode.
