The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 13.08.2025, passed by learned Special Judge (S.C/S.T Act), Fatehpur, whereby the learned Special Judge (S.C/S.T Act) treated the application under Section 173 (4) of B.N.S.S (156 (3) Cr.P.C) as a complaint case.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application.

In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
